Hi there everyone. I am a proud new owner of a Masterbuilt 40 inch electric smoker. I am brand new to this hobby, and already I am hooked! I have been lurking here for a few weeks, and this forum has been an amazing help to me. I am a mom of 4 hungry teens. My husband and I have a ranch near the Phoenix area. We raise our own beef most of the time. We are so excited to add the smoker to our methods of cooking. We already BBQ like crazy on a built-in gas grill. We have future plans for a BBQ pit next :). I am so excited to be a part of this community! Thanks for all of your help everyone!
