Hello from Sunny Arizona...smoking and grilling!!!

Hi all, been grilling for years, introduced to smoking about 3 years and so I had to buy one and that I did. I have Landmann vertical gas smoker. I have done beef, pork, tukey and chicken. Love the tenderness of all the meat so far. I have done cheap meat and expensive meat it has all been good. Thanks for the site!!!
