Been back from Texas 17 years now but haven't forgotten what Smoking meat is all about , have been doing it for 33 years , Whipped some of the best and been whipped by them also. Love to do it all the time. In the winter in Ohio , There's not a path shoveled through the snow to the Truck, But there is a path shoveled to the 5 smokers. One I made myself. Holds a whole pig. Glad to be here Friends

Looks like i will have to get some pics of the Glory Machines together. Smoked A oversized  Fatboy Saturday ( Philly Cheese Steak ) Sorry no pics.230 - 250 degrees for 3.5 hrs. Themp inside 165 -170 ,,All I can say is WOW !! And thank you all for the warm welcome
