Hello from Southern California!

Hello!  My name is Michelle and I'm an Illinois girl and University of Iowa grad who has lived in Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, Missouri and currently inside the Orange Bubble (Orange County) in Southern California.  I'm a stay at home mom of two, PTA and swim team volunteer and I run a baking/candy business out of my home.  I received a Brinkman Electric Vertical Smoker for Christmas and can't wait to start using it!  

I've been browsing on the forums for a few days and am amazed at all of the helpful information here!  Thank you to everyone for sharing your expertise with newbies like me!

Welcome to the group Michelle!  Congrats on that new smoker!  You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc.  There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
