Hello from Southeast Massachusetts

  1. Hi everyone.  I have been reading the forums for the last few days.  I subscribed to the 5 day e-course about a week ago.  I ordered the Smoking Meat book and have already read most of it.  I am looking to purchase a smoker.  Right now I am leaning towards the MES 30".  Still undecided if I want the window or not.  When I make a choice I will let everyone know.

    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

  4. Welcome. It's nice to see another Mass is the house. Seems this is the only way to eat good BBQ up here.
  5. I picked up a MES 30" with window. I used it to smoke a chicken and ribs yesterday. Both came out great. Now I am looking at purchasing a Maverick ET-733 to get a more precise read of my temperatures.
