Hello from south west PA

Hi everyone,

 Im new to smoking ive been grilling all my life and prefer charcoal over gas and at this time I dont even own a gas grill. I just bought a Dyna glo wide body smoker with an offset fire box. This is my first smoker and cant wait to break it in this weekend.
