I've been smoking for several years on different equipment from the Brinkmann electrics too charcoal to the Bradley smoker. I now own a 4 rack digital and the portable Bradley propane smoker. Love them both. The portable fits nicely in my camper hold and will cook as much as my electric 4 rack. We primarily smoke beef, pork, and chicken and on occasion venison sausage.
