Hello all... My name is Steve, I'm 28, & I'm from South Jersey (Right outside of Philly) & been peaking in on this forum since about Feb... I have been cooking all kinds of food (indoors) since I could walk, been BBQing on a charcoal grill since I was about 10, Held off on Gas grill until I won a Weber about 5 or 6yrs ago (Swore i would never go gas, but I couldn’t beat a free one, and now I realized its hard to beat the convenience) Last year got a Rotisserie Hooked up to the Weber... Also, Last year I started smoking at my Bro's place and this past Dec I bought my first smoker (Brinkman Vertical Gas) and 2 weeks later bought a 2nd one... I have been smoking on them every weekend since: Ribs (BBs, Spares, & Beef), 1 Brisket, Chicken, London Broil, Salmon, Portabellas, and few other things... Can’t wait to learn some new tips & hopefully contribute some when I can... Also I saw my first Fatty on here and plan on doing that this weekend!!!!
