Hello from South Carolina

My name is Chris. I am 47 married ( for 28 yrs ) have 3 children, two grown boys and a 16 yr old daughter. Live in Lake Wylie which is just south of Charlotte NC.  Wife got me my first smoker for Christmas a Smoke Hollow pro series. With no smoking experience this forum has been a great help already. Look forward to becoming a proficient smoker with a lot of practice and great advice from all you pros.

PS  Smoking my first whole chicken and 2 racks of ribs today. Wish me luck.
