Hi everyone. My name is Bill and I live in South Alabama. I just retired after 40 years in dentistry and plan to do a lot of cooking on my green egg. I just bought a "plate setter" so I can try my egg as a smoker. I've been cooking on it for a number of years but have never used it as a smoker. I hope to be able to get some good tips here on all the ways a Green Egg can be used.
