Hello from So MN

    I've dabbled in smoking a few things over the years and want to expand my horizons.  I love this site!  I have a small smoker now but recently acquired a stainless steel 3 X 3 X 6' tall insulated cabinet that I intend to turn into a smoker - I've seen lots of ideas here already.  I like smoking ribs, turkeys, venison jerky and will soon be trying my first pheasants.  I look forward t getting to know many of you!  Let the fun begin!   Tony

    Welcome to the forums, Tony!  Glad you've joined us.  You've found a great place to learn and share ideas on our favorite pastimes...grilling, smoking, and curing great food!  There are lots of friendly and knowledgeable folks here who really enjoy helping one another.  Good luck with that build project, and just ask any time you need help and you'll get plenty!
