Hello all. My friends know me as Whitey. I hail from Southern Illinois. I have been smoking meats solo for about 15 years. Started off with a small brinkmann kettle smoker. Now I'm using a Brinkmann smoke n pit. I need to make a few of the recomended mods that I have seen on here. I also have a homemade smoker in the works. That is a long story in its self. Anyway I've been a member on here for about 3 months and have loved all the information. Had a few questions I'll be posting, so I figured I'd visit roll call first. Thanks for the site. By far the nicest people on a forum I've been a member of.

Welcome to the SMF. Glad to have you here. Lots of good folks, great recipes and knowledge. Looking forward to your first qview.
