Hello everyone,  my name is Jack Rodosta AKA the Smokin Italian.  I'm a retired Navy Submarine Sailor, originally from Colorado now living in Winchester California. I love to cook for my family and friends, nothing better than good food and great friend.  I recently got hooked on SMOKIN Started with my Traeger Jr, got it at Costco cheap, fell in love with smoked food.  My little Traeger is OK had it about 10 months, and I've had some good cooks on it, but the more I cooked the more I realized I needed to kick it up a notch.  So I ordered a Yoder YS 640 and counting  the days till it gets here.  I'm looking forward to meeting and learning more from you guys that have been doing this awhile.  I may be an old dog but I still have it in me to learn a few new trick!
