Hi all 

Wife brought home Master built electric smoker  from Sam's club the other day(early Xmas present I guess). 

Have been using char griller with offset previously with pretty good success. Ive been on for a couple of days and

already learned a bunch of stuff. You have a great site here, thanks for the help.
 
You will love your MES!!!!! I would reccomend you get an AMNPS smoker to go with it!  click on the link for A-MAZE-N-SMOKER on the right.  They will make all your smokes even more succesful!!

Welcome to SMF from Fallbrook. Congrats on the new  MES. Like BlueBombersFan suggested, get an AMNPS to enhance your smokes. It will improve them from the very first use. 
 
Welcome aboard! I'm also an MES user and a proud AMNPS owner. The AMNPS allows for easy "cold smokes" necessary for doing cheese and perfect for Buck Board Bacon and Belly Bacon. It also fits perfectly in the MES.
