Hello everyone! My name is Aaron and I'm addicted to smoked meats.

I'm a complete noob at smoking but I hear this is the place to learn. I've slaved over hot grills my whole life and have decided to try my hand at smoking. I'm currently constructing my smoker (I'm a hopeless do-it-yourselfer) and salivating at the thought of fresh smoked salmon.

Welcome, you will love it here. Ask away if you have any questions and post some QVIEWS, we love them.

Welcome Aaron, Good luck on your smoker build, be sure to share a few pic's of it when you get a chance.
