Hi everyone,

My name is Frank and I live in Macomb, MI (about 30 miles north of Detroit). I have been smoking for several years. I have a 22.5 in Weber Smokey Mountain, a 22.5 in Weber Kettle, and I just bought a new Weber SS gas grill, on which I plan to smoke some ribs Sunday.  I have smoked prime rib, pork ribs, pork butt, brisket, chicken, and beer-can chicken. I do lots of the long smokes on the WSM, and some of the shorter on on the Weber kettle. It is too cold to fire up the WSM or Kettle, but Sunday I am going to smoke with my new Weber gas grill. I have it hooked up to natural gas so I don't have to worry about propane bottles. I will let you know how the ribs turn out.
