Hello!! Newbie to smoking. My father in law got me started about 5 months ago and I am completely hooked!! I started with a Brinkman that I picked up at Home Depot but quickly moved to a Horizon Ranger 16" Backyard Smoker. I love it. Was having trouble maintaining temps with the Brinkman, but now no problem at all. So far I have smoked quite a few ribs (st louis style) three turkeys, quite a few chickens, and even smoked sausage fatties for New Years day breakfast! Really looking forward to learning how to master this and getting some great tips from all of you!!
