I am out smokeing a rack of Spareribs as I type.

From around this area most people think BBQ is = to grilling. They think I am nuts spending 10 hours smokin a pork butt... until they taste the pulled pork.

I made some the last Saturday night (all nighter) for our church pot luck. Now we changed the church summer picnic to a church tailgate party. What can I say we just don't do church normal. I have been put in charge of doing the BBQ. I may need to get on here for pointers if I can't figure out some of the meat I am not familiar with.

Most are not aware of this but adding a finishing sauce to pulled pork brings it to a whole new level. Look under the pork section and you will see it as a sticky. It is worth a try.
