Joined a few weeks ago after running across the site while searching for rib rubs. I've been smoking for years but a pretty basic level. I have a weber kettle but I've added a BBQ Guru Pitmaster temp controller. I usually do ribs and turkeys. After reading thru the site, I think I'd like to try the pork shoulder for pulled pork.
