New to the forum. Been smoking off and on for about 4 years or so. Started with a Brinkman Gourmet electric smoker. Absolutely love it for the small get togethers. Also have smoked on borrowed trailer smokers a few times a year for the last few years for bigger events. Have only done brisket a couple times. Stick mostly to butts and beer can chickens. Have done two whole hogs. I just relocated here to Savannah from central FL and I am currently without a smoker. I likely will pick up another Brinkman Gourmet electric just to get some meet smoked, but I am contemplated going bigger with my own trailer smoker, or at least a much larger smoker for the back yard. If you have any helpful info, I am all ears!
