Hi my name is Gary and I live in Saskatchewan Canada
I have been smoking sausage and bacon for years using a smoker I built using a 220 stove top element.
It worked great, but I gave it to my daughter so haven’t had a chance for a couple years.
I just bought a LEM 30” electric and will maybe do a review after I get a chance to use it.
My reason for choosing it is that it has a temp range from 50 to 300. (it actually got to 350 when I conditioned it)
