Hello all,
My name is Tom. Couldn't really tell you where I am from, but I can tell you where I have been. I was raised in a military family. I am currently on Active Duty in the Navy, as a Chief Petty Officer, stationed in sunny San Angelo, Texas. I have been grilling for about 8 years, and using the smoker for about 3. I have a propane grill, and both a charcoal smoker and propane smoker (mainly because of the Burn Bans here in Texas). I am glad to be part of this forum so I can learn some tips for using both the grill and smoker.
I have been married for about 6 years and have three children all boys, with one child on the way. Not gonna find out what this one is but I am sure it will be a boy. My wife is from Puerto Rico and I am trying to learn from her father how to roast an entire pig. Thanks much to all of you for this forum as I am sure it will make me a better grill master than I think I already am.
