Hi all. I had always thought gas grilling was bbq until last year when I caught an episode of BBQ University on PBS. Ever since I've been smoking meat like a crazy person. Just this last year I purchased a charbroil silver smoker and am now using just wood for my BBQ. I've been reading the forums off and on over the past year so I thought I would join the forums to get some real expert advice as I still have a ton to learn. Thanks and see you around!
