Long time griller but new to Kamado grilling. Trying all kinds of things to cook and different ways of doing them. I absolutely love this grill. Im using the Vision Pro and loving every minute of it. I have 2 chickens going as I type this :)
Around 3 hrs at 290, thigh @ 165 and breast @ 172. Chickens stuffed with 1 lemon and 1/2 apple each with salt and pepper along with booty rub on the out side. Resting for 15-20 then time to dig in!! It was great thx!!
