I am trying to get my husband  a little more interested in the smoker.  He loves to eat but doesn't like to cook.  I can't wait to start browsing the forums and learning everyone's tricks and recipes.  Hopefully the weather warms up for good and I can get him to try smoking himself.  I've only made the basics, but want to try things like bacon and pastrami, etc.  Thanks for letting me join.

You have come to the right place to learn about smoking all kinds of food. There are so many great techniques in the forums and good people to discuss projects with. I look forward to your posts.

By the way, let you husband know that watching the smoke with a beer is critical.
