Hello my name is Spencer, currently working on a 55 Gal Drum build found this place through searching the interwebs. I am a Graphic Designer by trade and work my own business out of Scottsdale. I'm pretty new to smoking meats, I did a Boston Butt for Easter of this year smoked it on a borrowed vertical smoker for 13hrs. It was Flippin' Delicious! I also started my own DIY Smoker last year with a buddy of mine but was finishing school at the time and then the Arizona Summer started and it was too hot to work on so I put it off until now I am back at it and moved everything to the garage. Looking forward to getting some pointers and techniques from the SMF Community!
