Hello all!
Bryan from Philly here! Just wanted to say high and I'm glad I stumbled actions this site. I'm just getting into smoking and having a blast. My wife night me a master craft sportsman elite electric smoker for Christmas and have been having a blast since. So far I've successfully smoked salmon and kelbasie . Today I have a round roast in and a little nervous. I wanted to get a sirloin tip, but since it's New Year's Eve and I waited till the last minute this is the closest cut they had. Hope it turns out good! Happy new year and good smoking to all!
