I am from West Chester PA  and I have been smoking for about a year and a half on a 18.5 inch Weber Smokey Mountain.  Before that I was using my 22.5 inch Weber Charcoal Grill.   I have been sponging up as much information off of this forum for about a year now so I figured Stop being lazy and sign up already!  I do not smoke anything without consulting here first so thanks for all the great info.   I have mostly been doing pork shoulders with some Chicken here and there.  I plan on smoking a pork shoulder tonight and am going to be battling the wind and rain.  UGH!   I plan on reconstructing a square wooden composter that I built (requested by the wife that was never used!) to provide some shelter.  Hopefully I can get a good 4 hour window from the rain to get some smoke on it and then finish it in the oven.  Anyway thanks again for the great info provided here.
