Thank you gentlemen !! Not sure why I took so long to join as I have been smoking for over a year now. I bought Jeff's rub recipes last year and followed the advise on his website, and for the very most part, everything I have smoked has turned out very good.... this looks like the place where where i can learn the little tips and tricks that will kick things up a notch or two and also, hopefully help me make up my mind as to what type of rig to get next (as long as my wife ok's it!!).



Bear - yes there is a Gator in western Pa, but usually not near as mean and nasty as the ones in the Fla. swamps!
