I've been using the methods on Dave's site for a while now with my small offset that was purchased at Lowes. A Charbroiler with the mods. Last weekend, I found my long awaited Lang! This weekend it will be put to the test. 4 Butts, 1 brisket, 6 racks ribs, 6 chickens! Hope to post some pics.
 
Welcome y'all. I just found this site and I love it. I have been smoking meat over 20 years now and this site is great. Down here in Board Camp, Arkansas we smoke everything. Thanks for letting me onboard.

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
