Hi all, I'm new to smoking meat and about to accept delivery of my first smoker tomorrow...a Dyna Glo vertical offset smoker. I live in southeast PA. I have been searching this forum over the last couple weeks and reading tons of valuable information. Can't wait to smoke some meat!
