Hello from PA

    I received a MES 30 for Father's Day and have pretty much become addicted since.  After my first two smokes I moved to AMNPS and haven't looked back.  Always wanted to try smoking and now I know why.  I have to say that this place has been a wealth of information and so far all of the advise has lead to some really good eats.

    I've done a number of things on the smoker so far including Short Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, Whole Chicken, Pulled Pork for 15 people, Brisket and just recently my attempt at Montreal Smoked Meat for my wife's birthday.

    Just wanted to say Hi and to thank everyone for the info.  

    To not leave you all empty handed here's some qview of the MSM.

    cure rub - in the fridge for 11 days

    about 10 hours in the smoker

    steamed the next day for 3 hours

    turned out amazing!

    Bear... I think we're neighbors.  I live in Upper Macungie right off 222 near the Amazon warehouse.

    Howdy Neighbor!!

    Mrs Bear goes to Giant (Right near you) every Friday morning. If I see anything in the flyer, I'll tell her to get it.

    If I see something on another day at Giant, Weis, or Redners, I'll get it myself.
