Hi! My name is Daniel and I am from the suburbs of Philly. I love smoking a lot of things but I am an ameature at it. Always looking for new meat and ideas to smoke. I have smoked enough chorizo for the world to enjoy.

Welcome to the SMF Family...If you have Chorizo down, send it our way with a recipe and some Pics of your next run...I think we can come up with a few Hundred Recipes for you to try...JJ

Hello and welcome to SMF! Wow that much chorizo huh? If you don't mind, would love the recipe and how to. I've made kielbassa, italian sausage, and brats...really enjoy the sausage making.

There's loads of recipes, tips and info here as well has helpful people.

Thanks guys! I am hoping to get a lot out of this. My dad is starting to smoke meat as well. That will be fun to do togther and smoke meat with eachother. He thinks that he is going to get my mom to smoke his meats but I don't see her liking it too much.

Thank you, Scarbelly. I will have to show him this site. He will like it.

Hey Harry, I'm a noob at smoking meat, where'd you go to get the basics?
Hi StuffingFatties! I just started with my best friend, Clarke. He has been smoking meat for several years. The first time I did this I brought my meat to his house and he smoked it.

Hello stuffingfatties! How about swinging by Roll Call and introducing yourself so we can give you a proper SMF Welcome. Also would you please update your profile by adding your location, knowing what part of the world you are smoking in helps answer questions and give advice.

Thanks!
