I am Sean and I have just purchased the Brinkmann Grill and Smoke. I travel alot and when I am home I have the time to try the low and slow greatness that is smoking. I have no desire to be a pitmaster or pro but maybe in a couple years a top seeded amateur! I look forward to tips and hints of all types.. it is finally cooling off here a little and I cant wait to get to it!!
