I am new to smoking. I just picked up an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn at a yard sale. I'm more into fishing, but my son is heavily into hunting and I figured I'd better figure out how to use it. Last year we were giving elk away to family and friends because we were so tired of eating it. Hopefully, smoking will add some new options.
I'm a recent transplant to Orlando, FL from the Rocky Mountains. I'm still trying to fit in down here and it's taking some getting used to. However, we were invited to participate in some hog hunts and we're looking forward to that!
I'm a family man first and believe in God, family, and country. Otherwise, besides the outdoors, I'm a rabid rugby fan having played for many years and now coach high school and Jr. High.
