Hello from Oregon!

Hello all!

My name is Joe and I live in Oregon.  I'm pretty new to smoking, but have been grilling with has and charcoal for sometime now.  I have a GMG pellet smoker which I love, and I just got a cabelas carnivore meat grinder and vertical stuffer so I can try my hand at sausages as well.  

Still working on a rib recipe to call my own, but Beer can chickens on the pellet grill are about as easy and delicious as ever!   Also a big fan of cooking bacon, brussell sprouts, and pizza on the pellet grill.  Anyways, just wanted to drop a quick introduction!

Sounds good Joe! And another welcome from Oregon. I've said it before an I'll say it again... Brussel sprouts are SOOO underrated!

Welcome Joe. My friend just bought a Carnivore and loves it. I inherited his #5 grinder. I'm trying my hand at sausage making too. Good luck.
