Hello all my name is Tyrone, I'm 32 and brand new to smoking. My wife got me a master build 30" smoker for Christmas after we had some deer sausage that a buddy of mine smoked. I've made my own sausage ,snack sticks , and jerky but now I'm ready to smoke everything i can get my hands on.
