Hi my name is Beau and I have been BBQ and Smoking now for about a year.  I still have not masterd much on the smoker as its quite difficult to reach perfection.  My setup is a WSM with a BBQ Guru DigiQ Dx2.  I had so much trouble trying to maintain the temerature of the grill I decided to invest in the Guru.  So far I love it.  Thanks for all the help and knowledge this site provides.  Cheers.
