My name is Brad, from Edmond, Oklahoma. I'm a Senior Network Engineer and VoIP specialist. I currently have a Masterbuilt 30, and supplement it with an Amazen AMNPS. After looking around the forums, I would rate myself nearer the novice end of the smoker spectrum. I've been smoking meat for tailgates and backyard parties for about 15 years or so, but looking to branch out from ribs and brisket.
Actually, I've picked up some Salmon and various cheeses I will be smoking today.
