I just found the site yesterday while searching for some tips on smoking pork loin. I used a variation of Bilbo's rub (took out the chili powder, increased brown sugar and cayenne pepper). I've been smoking for three years now since my wife bought me a Weber Smoky Mountain for Christmas. I've been slowly expanding the foods I've smoked and I use the smoker year round (second annual holiday smoked turkey at Christmas). Looking forward to learning more.
