Love the forum my wife and I were cooking some yard birds, pork loins, and some beef rounds for some friends daughters graduation on the spit. We had a disagreement on something so i looked up cooking forums this is how i found this fantastic place. Sorry dont remember what i was looking for it was something about meat she was probally right thats why i dont remember. We have made many different meats but nothing seems to be anywhere near some of the excellence i read and view pictures of here. So i am stepping up the game i just found a pepsi fridge on craigs and plan on making a cure chamber. We have a large propane smoker i made 7 years ago use in colder seasons. We have made and smoked everything that has walked or crawlled at one time or another heck even things that grow on trees or vines. look forward to gaining knowledge from some fine folks thank you in advance
