Hello everyone...

I bought myself a Master Forge Vertical Smoker - pretty excited.  Going to season it tonight...

Was going to do a brisket and something else Saturday and maybe some wings on Monday!

Any suggestions?

Thanks and I look forward to getting advice and learning more!

Hello from East Texas and welcome to the forum. Lots of great information and real good people here.  Maybe do the reverse, Chicken first. This will give you a chance to get to know your smoker and make sure it is working properly. Chicken is cheap and easy. Briskets are expensive and take a long time.
