Hello everyone. I'll keep this short and sweet. I travel all across the USA cleaning fuel at gas stations and aiports. Everyone seems to hate ethanol but since it mixes well with water and cars hate water the company i work for is booming! Ever since I ate at Central BBQ in Memphis and got to walk inside their smoker I was hooked. I always eat bbq. Big chains down to roadside and always buying rubs and sauces from these places and I wish my liquor cabinet looked as good as my rubs and sauces cabitnet.

I had a hybrid propane/charcoal grill that I have been smoking on for quite sometime but need to step it up... Looking to get a MES40 and will be posting a question on that thread right after this...

I have tried master at least my technique with chicken quarters and beef loins and now my family will not let me not smoke meat for get togethers.... This is a great site and thanks for making me stay up late reading all this great info.

iv added a photo with how iv always smoked meat but that is about to change!
