Just joined. I have been interested in smoking for a while, but just started a week ago. I did a bacon explosion and a whole chicken so far. Don't laugh at me, but I used a $40.00 charcoal smoker from homer d... and yes they came out great..... didn't want to get anything to pricey as I wasn't sure I wanted to get back into it. I dabbled in it 15-20 yrs ago.
