Checked out your blog thats pretty authentic Italian product your turning out. I live in Sydneys little Italy.Mostly southerners including a lot of Calabrese & Sicilians.The Calabrese really like their chilli. I like the proverb that translates  to "He who gets married is happy for a day,he who kills a pig is happy for a year" Welcome to the forum.
