Hello to all! I started smoking last year with an ECB and wanted to have better control of temps, so I recently bought a MES 40" with window. I have had three runs with it smoking chicken breasts, pork tenderloin, and spare ribs. Success every time! I can't wait to get my AMNPS and control the smoke better. The only issues I have are with the built in temp probe being off and the heavy white smoke when using the chip tray.
