Got my new mes seasoned and all ready to start!
Read on here somewhere bout disco's maple glaze and can't wait til it smoke in it for the first time tomorrow. Couldn't decide between baby back ribs or butt so I bought both merry Christmas to me lol

Howdy from NW GA here also for a while.

After being a Bradley smoker for 7 years i just recently bough a MES 40" Right out of the box seasoned at 275* with no problems
