Northen New Hampshire
I live in northern New Hampshire with 1 wife, 2 boys, 1 yellow lab. When I am not riding my motorcycle I smoke as much meat as possible. I use a converted upright air compressor I built 3 years ago. I fire it with a propane turkey frier burner, or with a small wood fire in the bottom depending on what is in it. I hope to do some ribs this weekend, now that it is starting to warm up and melt the snow. I have read about the 3-2-1 method on this forum and think I will be trying it. I hope to have pictures of the smoker and ribs soon. I have done alot of reading on this forum but this is my first post. However I have read alot about reverse flow somkers and hope to build one as soon as I can collect the parts, so I will be back with lots of questions.

Welcome T,

Good to have you on board. I welcome your questions on the reverse flow, because I have something similar in mind that I am getting ready to begin building as well, as soon as I acquire all of the pieces. Time and Money, that's all it takes!

Welcome to SMF. From the description of the smoker you've built, you hardly sound like a newb! Anyway, Welcome from Mississippi! Looking forward to the pics!
