Hey everyone! My name is Chris, and I am becoming a bbq addict!  I live up here in Northern Indiana near Notre Dame. I'm very new to the smoking scene, and just started modding my char broil offset. I've lowered the exhaust, made a charcoal basket, tuning plates are cut and ready to go. I put a steel nipple in for the probe port, sealed it up with some rtv silicone sealant. Still have to work on the baffle and I should be ready to try it out!! The information on this forum is exceptional! Looking forward to chiming in when I can! Thanks everyone for all your help already.
