Hello from Northern Indiana - FNG

Brand new to smoking.  I don't even have a smoker yet but I did order one.  It will be here today.  I ordered the Bradley 4 rack digital as I thought that smoker would give me the best chance not to screw up!

I love eating smoked food so I am really excited to get started.  I don't know if I will post a lot to start off with because I don't know anything compared to you all.

Anyway, wanted to introduce myself!

We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
